    Sunday run

    Beautiful day! Sunny, near 70, light breeze. The run today wasn’t as early as I wanted it, but maybe that was good! Coal creek trail was busy, and everyone was in a good mood.

    8mi in 1:22:57, avg pace = 10:21, resting HR = 47, avg HR = 164

      Now you’re at it again! Running, push-ups, what’s next!? I’m reading a more positive attitude again too. He’s back! Yeah!!! Even the little steps, jogs, runs, all count and are positive. Keep it up!
