Hundred Pushup Challenge

Last week, I decided to start the Hundred Pushup Challenge, to see if I could work my way up to doing 100 consecutive pushups. Check it out at www.hundredpushups.com or www.ipushup.com.
Today was week two, day three, and I’m seeing progress already. My initial test two weeks ago was a max of 25 pushups. My 5th set max today was 30! Total pushups this week = 224.
It is possibly having an impact on my running too, with my avg pace dropping to 8:47 this week.
Long run day tomorrow…gotta get up and out the door…
