Late run, but nice quiet moonlit night. HILLY neighborhood with no streetlights, but moonlight was plenty. Some mild pain in right Piriformis, which is affecting my leg like Sciatic pain. Mile splits: 12.53, 11.36, 12.33, 10.10, 4.22.

Training Log for Ryan Pugh….little bro in training.
start time: 7:15pm
Temp: 74
Distance: 6.04 mi
Time: 57:51
My first run out into the country side. I was able to watch the sunset on the way out and return with the moon rise. The temperature really dropped about 8 degrees by the time I got home, but it felt great coming into the last stretch. I had two big hills to climb, and I probably pushed it too hard when I felt some pain in my right leg. Sounds like you with my Sciatic. I could barely walk this morning and when I went to the chiropractor he told me to take it easy for a few days. I’ve got a new book with stretches for my lower back that he said should help with this. I can barley make it up the steps tonight, so I took the night off, and probably the morning run too. Mile splits: 8.29, 8.41, 9.01, 6.35 (downhill), 19.09 (uphill big hill and had to walk) 9.11.
