    A New Marathon Partner!

    I just heard from my brother Ryan that he wants to train and run the OBX Marathon (Nov. 9) with me, his first! I’ll be putting together a training plan for him that’ll be nice and gradual, since we’ve got plenty of time. We’ll see if Ryan and I can do some “virtual training” together: doing our long runs with each other on cell phones. Maybe I’ll post the training plan here too, so you can follow our progress. For Ryan, he hasn’t run in a while, so it’ll be a good solid “base-to-race” program. More to come…stay tuned! You rock, Ry!
